The reports generated by our building inspectors include extensive property detais but are produced in a simple to follow format with high quality images (and video where required).

Our clients receive their reports by email as soon as practically possible.  We endevour to have all reports assessed shortly after they are completed sent our the same day.  We can also work with people who request reports more urgently.

We understand, whether directly or indirectly, that there are usually multiple parties who have an interest in the outcome of an inspection. Our staff have industry experience so they are comfortable answering questions for real estate agents, builders, property managers, buyers and sellers.

All our reports meet or exceed the Australian Standards.  These standards are AS4349.3-2007 for timber pest and AS4349.1-2007 for structural building reports.
